About us

We get your products into US homes.

Two offices. One mission. Run the boring, hard, important parts of a US ecommerce launch so Indian brand owners can focus on their product.

What we actually do

Think14 is the US fulfilment, compliance and ecommerce ops partner for Indian brand owners. If you make something good in India and want it to sell in the United States, we run everything between your factory and the customer.

We do not stop at Amazon. Our sellers list on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Target Plus, Newegg, Backmarket and direct-to-consumer Shopify stores. Same warehouse, same prep team, same compliance setup — different sales channels.

The work is unglamorous: setting up the US LLC and EIN, opening US bank accounts, booking freight, clearing customs, receiving containers, prepping units to FBA spec, shipping into Amazon, filing sales tax in the right states, recovering money the marketplaces owe you, and being on WhatsApp when something goes sideways.

Where we work from

Two cities. Built around the timezones our work happens in.

🇺🇸

United States

Warehouse + LLC operations

Our US team runs the warehouse, handles inbound containers, preps every unit to FBA spec, ships to Amazon and other marketplaces, and manages all US-side compliance, banking and bookkeeping. Working hours overlap with Amazon Seller Central US support so issues get answered the same day.

🇮🇳

Nagpur, India

Sourcing + client success

Our Nagpur office is where we sit with brand owners. Sourcing follow-ups with factories, freight coordination from Indian ports, sample QC before shipping, daily WhatsApp updates. If you are in India and want to walk in and meet, this is the office you visit.

How we work

No long contracts

We earn the next month by doing this month well. Cancel any time, no exit fee. We have not lost a client in 18 months but the door is open both ways.

WhatsApp first

Email is for documents and invoices. Day-to-day work happens on WhatsApp. You will hear back within an hour during India business hours and within 24 hours otherwise.

We tell you when something is wrong

Lost a shipment. Got hit with an FBA dimension fee correction. Customs flagged a container. Listing got suspended. You hear it from us before you find it on Seller Central. We do not hide bad news to look better.

Numbers, not promises

Every month you get a one-page report: units shipped, sales by channel, reimbursements recovered, PPC spend vs ACoS, what we changed and why. If a number went the wrong way, that is the first thing on the report.

Why we started this

Indian brand owners we knew kept trying to sell on Amazon US and failing — not because their products were bad, but because nobody told them what they did not know. They were paying lawyers $4,000 to set up an LLC. Losing freight money to bad forwarders. Getting their listings suspended in week 3 for a labelling mistake nobody warned them about.

The work itself is not magic. It is just operations: paperwork, logistics, prep, compliance. But you need someone who has done it enough times to know where the small mistakes are, and someone in the US to actually be hands-on with your inventory.

So we built that. A working US warehouse, an Indian client team, and a shared playbook. It is not glamorous. It just works.
