Our Amazon FBA prep service, unit by unit

Every unit is checked, prepped to current Amazon rules, and inbounded for you, priced per unit with no minimums.

FNSKU labeling

Print and apply Amazon FNSKU labels to current spec. We cover existing barcodes if needed.

Poly-bagging

Apparel, soft goods, anything Amazon requires bagged, suffocation warning included.

Bundling & kitting

Combine SKUs into one ASIN, bundle a 3-pack, or kit a starter set. Each gets its own FNSKU.

Inspection & QC

Visual inspection on every unit. Damaged units pulled, photographed, and reported back to you.

FBA inbound creation

The boring Seller Central work: shipment plan, box and pallet labels, pickup scheduled.

Hazmat-certified prep

Batteries, liquids, gels, aerosols, we can ship most Amazon-restricted categories.

Why prep in the US

Why prep in the US, not at your factory in India

It's tempting to have your factory label and bag to save money. For simple products it can work, but Amazon updates its rules constantly, and they vary by category.

Prepping in the US, at the last step before Amazon, means the work is done against current rules by people who do it daily. A rejection isn't a warning, it's lost time and money on inventory already sitting in the US.

“The cheapest prep is the prep that gets your inventory live the first time. Everything else is a hidden cost wearing a low price.”

A rejected FBA shipment is pure lost money

Wrong label, missing poly-bag, or a spec change you didn't catch, and Amazon rejects the shipment at the dock. Your inventory is already in the US, so you pay to fix and re-ship. Getting prep right the first time protects your ranking and your margin.

Common questions

What sellers ask about prep

What does FBA prep include?+

FNSKU label application, polybagging (where required), bubble wrap, kitting, bundle creation, and FBA inbound shipment plan creation in Seller Central. We deliver the boxes to UPS or FedEx.

How long does prep take?+

Standard SLA is 48 hours from receiving freight. Rush prep (24 hours) is available for an extra $0.30 per unit. Most clients use standard.

Are there volume discounts?+

Yes. Price drops at 1,000+ units per month, 5,000+ units per month, and 25,000+ units per month. Email us with your volume for a custom quote.

Can you handle hazmat or restricted products?+

Yes for most categories. We have Amazon hazmat certification for liquids, gels, batteries, and pressurized items. Some restrictions apply, ask before shipping.

What if Amazon rejects a shipment?+

Rare, since we follow current spec. If it happens, we redo prep at no cost. We also handle the return-to-sender if Amazon ships the box back.

Do you store inventory before prep?+

Yes. Most clients use our warehouse in Austin, TX for both storage AND prep. Storage is $0.20 per unit per month.

The details that protect your account

Prep specifics most sellers learn the hard way

Amazon rejects inbound shipments for small spec misses. These are the checks built into every unit we touch.

Compliance, unit by unit

Poly bags over 5 inches get suffocation warnings, expiration dates go on in MM-DD-YYYY, and multi-packs get sold-as-set labels. Every unit is checked against the current FBA prep matrix, not last year’s rules.

Inbound strategy, not just labels

We build your shipping plans to cut placement fees: case-pack where possible, optimized box configurations, and 2D barcodes so receiving is faster and discrepancies are rarer.

Problem units, handled

Damaged or mislabeled stock gets quarantined with photos the same day. You choose: fix and ship, hold, or return to vendor. Nothing enters FBA that risks a warning on your account.
