Turn Amazon returns back into sellable inventory.

With Amazon FBA returns management for Indian sellers, we receive, inspect, recondition, and restock your FBA returns at our Austin warehouse. This recovers 60–80% of the value Amazon would otherwise liquidate.

What we do with every return

Our Amazon FBA returns management, step by step

A returned unit isn't a dead unit. Most just need inspection and a fresh poly-bag to sell again at full price.

FBA return receiving

Returns routed to our Austin center instead of being disposed or liquidated by Amazon.

Unit-by-unit inspection

Every return graded: like-new, lightly used, or damaged. You see exactly what came back and why.

Recondition & repackage

Clean, repackage, and re-poly units so like-new returns go back to FBA as sellable stock.

Restock to FBA

Recovered units re-inbounded to Amazon at $0.75 each, back to earning instead of written off.

Resell used inventory

Used-but-good units listed on eBay or Mercari under your branding, you set the discount.

Reimbursement claims

When Amazon loses or damages your stock, we file the claim, recovering revenue you'd never chase alone.

The recovery flow

From returned to re-earning

1
Routed

Returns come to Austin

Your FBA returns ship to our center instead of Amazon's disposal or liquidation queue.

2
Inspect

Grade every unit

40–60% come back unopened or like-new; 20–30% need light reconditioning; the rest are dispositioned.

3
Recondition

Clean & repackage

Sellable units are cleaned, repackaged, and re-poly-bagged to current Amazon standards.

4
Recover

Restock, resell, or reimburse

Like-new back to FBA, used to eBay/Mercari, damaged claimed for reimbursement, value recovered every way possible.

The default is a write-off

A returned unit is not a dead unit

By default, Amazon sends returns to disposal or liquidation, and you lose 100% of the unit cost. Yet most returns are unopened or like-new and could sell again at full price.

Routing returns through your own warehouse is the difference between writing inventory off and putting it back to work.

“Most returns just need inspection and a fresh poly-bag to sell again at full price, liquidation throws that money away.”

Amazon's automatic disposal writes off resellable stock

If you don't have a US returns address, Amazon disposes or liquidates your returns, you recover nothing. At $1.50 to inspect a unit versus losing 100% of its cost, routing returns through your own warehouse pays for itself on the first like-new item recovered.

Common questions

What sellers ask about returns

What happens to my Amazon returns by default?+

Amazon sends them to your FBA-returns warehouse address. If you do not have one, they get disposed or sent to liquidation (you lose 100%). With us, returns come to USA for inspection.

What can be recovered?+

About 40-60% of returns are unopened or like-new and can be re-shipped to FBA as new. Another 20-30% need light reconditioning (clean, repackage, sell as used). The rest are damaged/missing parts and we dispose or liquidate.

How much does this cost?+

$1.50 per return inspected. $2.50 to recondition and repackage. $0.75 to send back to FBA. Compare to losing 100% of the unit cost on liquidated returns.

Can you sell my returns on eBay or used?+

Yes. We list "Used - Like New" or "Used - Good" units on eBay or Mercari with your branding. You set the discount. We take 8% as listing fee, you keep the rest.

What about FBA reimbursements?+

When Amazon loses or damages inventory in their warehouse, we file claims for reimbursement. Recover 1-3% of revenue on average. Included in account management plan, separate fee here ($49 per claim).

Do you handle returnless refunds?+

When Amazon refunds a customer without requiring product return (common for low-value items), we track these and dispute if abuse pattern detected. Recover lost revenue from policy violations.

The recovery pipeline

What happens to every return

A return is not a loss until someone gives up on it. Our pipeline resells 60-70% of what comes back.

Triage and grading

Every return is opened, inspected against listing photos, and graded. Sellable units go back in, damaged ones get documented with photos and a reason code.

Recovery, three routes

Grade A restocks to FBA, grade B relists as FBM or bundles, and true write-offs get liquidated in lots. You approve the thresholds once, we run the pipeline.

Reporting that fixes causes

Monthly recovery reports show return reasons per SKU, so packaging or listing fixes cut the return rate itself, not just the damage.

Stop liquidating inventory you could resell

Inspect, recondition, restock, and reclaim your FBA returns at our Austin center, recovering 60–80% of the value Amazon would write off.
