Multipacks, variety bundles, branded sets and insert packs assembled at our owned Austin warehouse and labeled to FNSKU standard. Flat $0.75 per finished unit, 48-hour SLA, no minimums. A bundle of three is one unit, not three.
If it can be assembled by hand to a written spec and sealed to a consistent standard, it runs on our floor.
Packs of two, three, six or twelve of the same SKU, shrink wrapped or bagged, with a single FNSKU on the outer and component barcodes covered.
Different SKUs combined into one listing. Components can arrive separately from different suppliers; we hold them until the set is complete, then assemble.
Sleeves, boxes, tissue and ribbon assembled to a spec sheet, for seasonal listings and higher average order value.
Manuals, care cards and thank-you cards added during assembly at no extra per-unit cost, within Amazon's insert rules.
Suffocation warnings, bagging to size, FNSKU application and carton compliance handled in the same pass.
Fixing a wrong barcode, replacing damaged outers, or converting existing single units into bundles without shipping stock back to India.
The strongest reason to kit is competitive, not operational. A unique multipack or variety set is its own ASIN. Nobody else is on that listing, so there is no Buy Box to lose and no race to the bottom on a shared detail page.
The second reason is margin. A three-pack usually carries a higher average order value and a lower fulfillment cost per item than three separate orders, which is why bundles often survive fee increases that kill single-unit listings.
The honest caveat: kitting adds a step, and a step you pay for on every unit. If a bundle does not either protect you from price competition or raise AOV enough to cover the assembly, sell the single unit instead.

What goes in a kit, in what quantity, in what packaging, and what the finished unit should look like. Photos beat descriptions. We confirm the per-unit price before anything is assembled.
Parts can land from different suppliers on different dates. Each is received, counted and photographed, so a shortage is caught before assembly rather than halfway through a run.
We build one, photograph it, and get your sign-off before running the batch. This is the step that prevents a thousand units of the wrong thing.
The run is assembled to the approved sample, bagged where required, and the bundle FNSKU applied with component barcodes covered.
Finished kits go into an FBA shipment to Amazon carton spec, or stay in storage at $0.50 per cubic foot and drip-feed in as they sell. See FBA prep and US fulfillment.
Send the spec and quantities. We come back with a per-unit price and a realistic first-run date.
